Nitto B259AA Voluntary Recall
Dear Customer,
Nitto Co., Ltd. has discovered that the B259AA "riser" bar could break while
ridden, resulting in loss of control and a fall. To remedy this problem, Nitto
has discontinued the B259AA and replaced it with the B260AA model handlebars.
If you have B259AA bars on your bicycle, we ask that you bring your bicycle
to your bike shop where it will be replaced with a model B260AA handlebar at no
cost to you.
Alternatively, you may call us at 888-662-1814 and we'll send you a box and
return label for you to send your bar to us. Upon receipt of your B259AA,
we will immediately send you a replacement B260AA bar, at no cost to you.
